Notes on abstract submission

Following the abstract deadline (12.01.2025), an anonymous review process will be carried out, followed by a review and evaluation by the DGNC program committee. The authors will be informed in writing at the end of February/beginning of March 2025 whether their abstract has been accepted as a presentation or poster or rejected.

The presenter is obliged to register independently via the congress homepage upon acceptance of the paper. There is no automatic conference registration by registration in the abstract system or by the conference organization.

Accepted abstracts should always be presented by the author(s) named upon submission and registered for congress participation. A substitute presentation by a co-author, e.g. in case of illness, is possible if the aforementioned requirements are met. The scientific committee reserves the right to remove non-presented papers from the program and not to publish them in the abstract volume.

1. Please create your personal account by registering. You will then receive your personal password by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail, please check your spam folder or send an e-mail to abstract@conventus.de after 60 minutes. 

2. After receiving your password, please log in with your e-mail and password. You can now enter your abstract under Abstract submission. Please follow the steps indicated.
3. After successfully submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.
4. You can now register at any time and submit further abstracts or modify existing abstracts until the deadline on 12.01.2025.
5. Please note that the scientific committee will evaluate the abstracts and therefore the preference chosen during submission between presentation or ePoster is no guarantee.
