Childcare
Childcare will again be provided as part of the conference. Please let us know your requirements by 8 April 2025 at the latest. A nominal fee of 20 EUR per child per day will be charged. Please note that childcare will only be provided for a minimum of 10 children. You will be informed 6 weeks before the conference whether the minimum number has been reached. If the minimum number is not reached, we will refund the nominal fee.
Payment of fees and confirmation
When registering via the online form, direct online payment is possible via our external payment provider Mollie. The following payment methods are offered: Credit card, iDeal. Each participant will receive an invoice immediately upon completion of online registration. This invoice is also valid for submission to the tax office. The fee is due for payment upon completion of registration.
