Submission of presentations

Speaking times

Please prepare your contribution in such a way that the speaking times provided for this purpose, which can be found in the detailed programme, are adhered to. The chairpersons are requested to avoid overruns. The following speaking times are planned:

Technische Vorgaben für Ihren Vortrag bzw. Ihre Präsentation

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.

The preferred file format is .pptx, pdf files are also accepted. The use of other file formats may lead to discrepancies or inability to play any video files properly due to conversion issues.

A notebook with PDF reader and Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 will be provided for your presentation. In order to ensure a smooth session, we would like to ask you to refrain from using your own laptop.

When using video sequences, please consider, that

  • ...the CODEC required for playback is supplied and that PowerPoint supports playback: Instruction
  • ...your video(s) is (are) embedded: Instruction

Please hand in your presentation in good time the day before, but no later than 2 hours before your presentation time at the presentation desk. Please use storage media with a USB port to hand in your presentation. If you use a USB stick as a storage medium, please do not protect it with software. It is possible to test the presentation and edit it if necessary.

In the lecture hall you will find a lectern with a laptop and a presenter for forwarding and highlighting. If you wish to use non-digital media, please contact us in advance.

In order to ensure a smooth and orderly process, we kindly ask you to refrain from using your own notebook.

For ecological reasons, we do not use printed speaker's badges on the lectern. Therefore, please include your name on the start slide or at best as a footer in your presentation. Thank you very much!
